We always hear that the Moon has spots. But did we ever care about the sun – Can it too have spots ? Even if we dared to stare at the sun to look for any such spot, the shear brightness of the sun’s rays would make it an impossible task.
Well here is a picture of the setting Sun clicked by me with a Nikon Coolpix L120 camera. It seems as if the sun has got spots. To be true it was clicked at the exact moment when a small speck of cloud was passing over the sun giving an illusion that the sun has got spots …
